How it works
Set a start time, pick a template — worship night, community outreach day or conference day — and edit the segments: what happens, how long it takes, who leads it and the cues for sound, lights and slides. Every start time is worked out from the segments before it, so lengthening or moving one re-times the rest. Print it or save as PDF, download it as a spreadsheet, or copy it as text for your team chat.
Questions
What is a run of show?
A minute-by-minute schedule of everything that happens at an event — each segment, how long it runs, who leads it, and the cues for sound, lights and screens. Everyone running the event works from the same copy.
How detailed should a run of show be?
Detailed enough that someone new could run their part from it: every segment and transition, its length, who is responsible, and the technical cues. Keep notes short — a run of show is read under pressure.
Is my run of show saved?
It is saved in your browser on this device, so it is there when you come back, and it is never sent to us. To share it, print it, download the spreadsheet, or copy it as text.
Who should get a copy of the run of show?
Everyone who leads or cues a segment: the host, worship leader, speakers, production team, stage manager and team leads. Print copies for the sound desk and backstage, where phones are a distraction.
