Your information, in plain words

The short version

• The free tools and guides need no account and send nothing to our servers — the calculators run entirely in your browser.
• If you sign in, we store your email address and the event information you choose to enter, so the app can show it back to you and your team.
• There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not sell your information.

Signing in

Sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email address — there is no password. To do that we store your email address, your name if you add one, how you signed in and when you last signed in. Accounts are managed with Supabase Auth, and the sign-in email is delivered through Resend.

What you enter in the planner

Everything you create in the dashboard — events, tasks, volunteer lists, forms, fundraising records, team invitations and resources — is stored in our database so you and the people you invite can work on it together. Some of it may be about other people, such as volunteers' names and contact details; please only add information you have permission to use.

When someone fills in a registration form you publish, their answers (and their name and email if the form asks) are stored and shown to the organizers of that event.

Uploaded files are public. Images and files uploaded through the app are stored so they can appear on forms and public event pages, and anyone with the link can open them. Do not upload anything private.

Free tools and guides

The volunteer calculator, budget calculator and timeline generator work in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or saved. The timeline's calendar file is created on your device and downloaded directly.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two things for this site:

• your sign-in session, if you sign in, so you stay signed in; and
• your light or dark theme choice.

Both stay on your device. Signing out removes the session, and clearing your browser's site data removes both.

Services we rely on

• Vercel hosts the website and its server.
• Supabase provides the database, sign-in and file storage.
• Resend delivers sign-in emails.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google.

Your choices

You can edit or delete events and the records inside them from the dashboard at any time. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and its data deleted, email support@thykingdom.events from the address you sign in with.

Changes to this page

If how the site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
